The Golden Phoenix - Luxury Real Estate & Investments was founded in July 2018 by Cristina Carpinteiro, a luso-French woman passionate about the rich Portuguese heritage and dedicated to promoting this legacy. With 19 years of experience in the luxury sector, Cristina and her entire team share the belief that luxury is the ideal economic response for Portugal, a country that, despite its small size, possesses immeasurable cultural wealth and a diversity of lifestyles that attract investors from around the world.
We are a boutique real estate agency specializing in premium properties, both on the mainland and in the stunning Azores islands, offering comprehensive support at every stage of the process. We work closely with renowned legal, tax, architectural, and interior design partners to ensure an exceptional real estate experience.
Our global vision is driven by the experience of our CEO, who was born and lived in Nice before settling in Portugal. Her extensive travel experience and international connections allow her to understand the nuances of global markets, which is why we have expanded our real estate offerings to countries such as Dubai, Luanda, Monaco, Nice, and London. The goal is, through these channels, to promote Portuguese real estate heritage and the advantages of our country, while also offering products in these areas and supporting clients looking to invest in these destinations.
